Skin Omegas+ is a daily omega supplement from Advanced Nutrition Programme, made for anyone whose skin tends to feel dry or rough. It suits all skin types.

A daily dose of two softgels provides 1140mg of fish oil, with 356mg EPA and 238mg DHA (omega-3), plus 594mg of evening primrose oil with 50mg GLA (omega-6), and vitamin A. The fish oil comes from EPAX. Formulated by Advanced Nutrition Programme to support skin hydration from within.

Facialist's note: take two softgels a day with a meal. Contains fish. If you take blood-thinning medication or are under medical supervision, check with your doctor first. Supplements are not a replacement for a balanced diet.

Ingredients: Fish oil, capsule shell (fish gelatin and glycerol), evening primrose oil, antioxidant: d-alpha tocopherol in sunflower oil, vitamin A palmitate, antioxidant: dl-alpha tocopherol.
