Details
A light, silky day or night moisturiser from Janesce for normal skin, or skin that is slightly oily or slightly dry. Janesce says it is its most popular moisturiser.
It is rich in flower and herb extracts, including calendula, lavender, marshmallow, chamomile, St John's wort and rose water, with a touch of lemon myrtle. They help skin feel hydrated, balanced and fresh, and give it a more lively look. It has a subtle botanical scent.
Facialist's note: Janesce moisturisers are made for damp skin. After soaking and misting, massage an amount the size of one or two sunflower seeds straight into the skin.

How to use
- Soak your skin, then apply a floral mist and concentrate or serum
- Warm a pea-sized amount in your palm and press over damp skin
- Always apply to damp skin; the formula holds very little water
- A little goes a long way: about the size of one or two sunflower seeds

Full ingredients
Capryllic capric triglyceride is an excellent skin-replenishing ingredient, which helps the skin resist moisture loss. It is made from coconut oil. Decyl oleate is skin-conditioning and ceteareth 20 keeps the ingredients stable. Cetearyl alcohol is a white, waxy substance made from coconut oil. It is an emollient, which means it protects, softens and conditions skin. It doesn’t have the same effect on the skin as ‘regular’ alcohols.
Ethylhexylglycerine and phenoxyethanol are preservatives that are used in very low concentrations in some Janesce skincare products. They were chosen because they score very favourably on the EWG (Environmental Working Group) Cosmetic Ingredient Safety Database.

Packed at the studio and sent within one to two business days. New Zealand delivery takes two to three working days, tracked, and is free over $150. Australia takes seven to ten working days.
Unopened, unused products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Email [email protected] first. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Lightweight cream
I found Nourishing SV not moisturising enough at all for my combination skin. The cream is nicely lightweight, it has a pleasant texture. It softens skin a bit slightly,
but not in a hydrating/ moisturising way. I will need to go back to using Janesque Moisture Balance face
cream asap , which works well for me with very good hydration and on the top of things balancing oily, normal and dry parts of skin.
