Refined rewards, seamless indulgence. Points accrue on all in-store and online purchases, excluding gift cards, while reward vouchers must be redeemed within 30 days and remain non-transferable. Birthday Gift Cards are valid for 30 days, redeemable on treatments and products (excluding gift cards), and Referral Rewards activate once the referred client completes a $100+ purchase. Google Review Rewards are limited to one per customer. Exclusive Treatment Benefits – Level 2 members enjoy one complimentary add-on per loyalty year, choosing from LED, Rejuvenating Eye Treatment, or a 15-minute Back Massage, while Level 3 unlocks a complimentary 60-minute Ritual Facial, Full Body Massage, or Pregnancy Massage annually. Level 4 members receive an elevated experience with a complimentary 60-minute Ritual Facial, Super Facial, Full Body Massage, or Pregnancy Massage each year.
