Simply Omega, previously Beauty Oil, is a simple daily omega oil from Bestow Beauty and an easy place to start. It suits all skin types, including sensitive skin.

It blends three cold-pressed plant seed oils: flax, safflower and coconut. Together they supply omega-3 and omega-6 fats, which the body cannot make and which modern diets often lack. Formulated by Bestow to support skin nourishment and hydration. It is vegan and made in New Zealand, without gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, refined sugar or artificial additives.

Facialist's note: mix one tablespoon a day into yoghurt, smoothies or dressings. It has a mild, nutty flavour; enjoy it raw, as heat spoils it. Supplements are not a replacement for a balanced diet.

Packed at the studio and sent within one to two business days. New Zealand delivery takes two to three working days, tracked, and is free over $150. Australia takes seven to ten working days.
