Every recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free and refined-sugar-free, with grain-free, paleo-friendly and vegetarian options.

Shipping and returns
Packed at the studio and sent within one to two business days. New Zealand delivery takes two to three working days, tracked, and is free over $150. Australia takes seven to ten working days.
