Energy Boost is a bio-fermented liquid concentrate from The Beauty Chef, made to mix into water or your favourite drink. It has a kola nut flavour with a hint of raspberry.

The base is fermented papaya, with withania (ashwagandha), holy basil, liquorice root, sarsaparilla and calendula, plus vitamins B3 (niacinamide), B6 and B12 and zinc ascorbate. Ingredients go through Flora Culture®, the brand's bio-fermentation process, and include its probiotic strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus GUT5Y™. Formulated by The Beauty Chef to support everyday digestive wellbeing. Certified FODMAP Friendly.

Facialist's note: mix 15mL into 250mL of water, ideally with food, once or twice a day; with sparkling water it tastes like cola. Not suitable for children under 15 or pregnant women. Supplements are not a replacement for a balanced diet.

Flora Culture™ Bio-Fermented Blend (fermented papaya fruit juice concentrate (47%), lactic acid, papaya leaf extract, withania extract from roots and leaves* (0.26%), holy basil (tulsi) leaf extract (0.22%), cellulose gum, zinc ascorbate, calendula flower extract, stevia leaf extract, licorice root extract, fermented papaya fruit extract, sarsaparilla root extract, vitamin B3 (niacinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), Lactobacillus rhamnosus GUT5Y™ (0.001%), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)), glycerol, natural flavouring (kola nut and raspberry).

Shake the bottle well before each use
Mix 15mL into 250mL of water and drink straight away, ideally with food
