Simply click view product above and choose from either a physical gift card or an eVoucher - choose the amount or treatment you wish to gift, and complete the checkout process. You can choose to have the voucher emailed directly to the recipient or to yourself or physical vouchers will be delivered to the recipient usually within 24-48 hours.

Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to choose their preferred treatment or product.

Yes, you can buy a gift voucher for a specific treatment. However, our vouchers are flexible, so the recipient can choose to use the voucher value for other treatments or products if they prefer.

Unfortunately, gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be returned.

Yes, our gift vouchers can be used for both in-store and online purchases. You will have to request the voucher to be transferred to our online store however. Please email hello@thefacialist.co.nz with your voucher number if you'd like to redeem online.

If the chosen treatment or product costs more than the value of the gift voucher, the recipient will need to pay the difference at the time of their appointment or purchase.
