Facialist – Full-Time 

The Facialist is New Zealand’s leading facial spa, renowned for our expertise in skin and holistic beauty. Our clientele includes high-profile and celebrity clients, and we take pride in delivering exceptional facial treatments and skincare solutions. It’s what we do, and we do it extremely well.

We’re looking for a skincare-obsessed beauty therapist to join our team—a specialist in facial treatments who is passionate about helping clients achieve their best skin through tailored treatments, expert guidance, and personalised skincare plans.

About the Role:

Your role will be client-focused, helping our customers reach their skin goals through advanced facial treatments, targeted massage, and curated skincare recommendations.

This is a full-time role (four days per week, including Sunday). We are open to part-time applications for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform results-driven facials and massage, maintaining our high standards.
  • Create customised skincare plans to target individual skin concerns.
  • Provide expert skincare advice, ensuring each client feels confident and cared for.
  • Contribute to our warm, professional, and client-first studio environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified beauty therapist with a focus on facials and skincare.
  • 1+ years of experience in a salon, spa, or clinic (preferred, but not essential).
  • Warm, friendly, and client-focused—you genuinely care about skin health.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Passion for natural, high-performance skincare.
