Saturday Receptionist
We’re looking for a warm, organised, and client-focused receptionist to join our team on Saturdays. This role is perfect for someone who is interested in starting their career in the beauty industry, enjoys creating valuable relationships with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced salon environment.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and seamless salon experience. From managing appointments to assisting with retail and ensuring the studio runs smoothly, you’ll help support both our clients and team throughout the day.
Includes Saturday work each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting clients in a warm, professional manner.
- Managing bookings, appointments, and client enquiries.
- Processing payments and handling point-of-sale transactions.
- Supporting retail sales and providing product recommendations where appropriate.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and client-first studio environment.
- Assisting the team with day-to-day salon operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous reception, customer service, or salon experience preferred (but not essential).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Warm, friendly, and professional with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Confident multitasker who works well in a busy environment.
- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
- Reliable and available to work Saturdays consistently.

Facialist - Part-Time
We’re looking for a skincare-obsessed beauty therapist to join our team - a specialist in facial treatments who is passionate about helping clients achieve their best skin through tailored treatments, expert guidance, and personalised skincare plans.
About the Role:
Your role will be client-focused, helping our customers reach their skin goals through advanced facial treatments, targeted facial massage, and curated skincare recommendations.
Includes one day of weekend work a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform results-driven facials and massage.
- Create customised skincare plans to target individual skin concerns.
- Provide expert skincare advice, ensuring each client feels confident and cared for.
- Contribute to our warm, professional, and client-first studio environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified beauty therapist with a focus on facials and skincare.
- 1+ years of experience in a salon, spa, or clinic (preferred, but not essential).
- Warm, friendly, and client-focused—you genuinely care about skin health.
- Strong customer service skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Passion for natural, high-performance skincare.
