One of the many natural “hero” ingredients you may be seeing a lot of recently is bakuchiol. (pronounced ba-coo-chee-all) “Natural” skincare can be a minefield to navigate - we totally get it! With complex ingredient lists which are virtually impossible to translate, it can be tricky to find the right path for your skin, whether you are trying to do better for the planet, or for your health, or both! For those of you keen to eliminate any and all synthetics from your skincare routine, bakuchiol could be one of your go-to ingredients.

Bakuchiol is a natural alternative to retinol and potent antioxidant that stimulates collagen production and visibly reduces skin discolouration from environmental exposure. We love that this plant extract mimics retinol bit is gentler, without the side effects of irritation, redness and dryness.
