5.5% gluconolactone, a polyhydroxy acid (PHA), gently exfoliates and hydrates the skin's surface for a smoother, more even texture. Prickly pear extract helps skin look clearer and more luminous, acai extract adds antioxidant protection, and aloe vera keeps skin comfortable. It also preps skin so the serums that follow, including vitamin A, absorb well.

Facialist's note: after cleansing, hold a reusable pad over the pump, press 3 to 4 times and sweep over the face, avoiding the eyes.

Size: 200ml

• Patch test first, then start once a day and build up to morning and evening.
• Unlock the pump by twisting the top anti-clockwise until it clicks.
• After cleansing, press a reusable facial pad on the pump 3 to 4 times and sweep over the face, avoiding the eye area.
• Twist the pump clockwise to lock. For the refill, move the pump from your old bottle onto the new one.
• Use one acid toner per routine, and wear sunscreen during the day.
