The richest of the Janesce day creams, for normal to dry skin that spends time outdoors, in the cold or in air-conditioning.
A high level of shea butter and plant waxes forms a protective layer that helps lock moisture in through the day. Rose adds hydration, lavender helps skin feel balanced, and St John's wort completes the botanical blend. Janesce calls it the most protective of its moisturisers.
Facialist's note: it is concentrated, so apply it to damp skin after soaking. An amount the size of one or two sunflower seeds is enough. Follow with an SPF sunscreen in the morning.

How to use
- Soak your skin, then apply a floral mist and concentrate or serum
- Warm a pea-sized amount in your palm and press over damp skin
- Always apply to damp skin; the formula holds very little water
- A little goes a long way: about the size of one or two sunflower seeds
- In the morning, follow with an SPF sunscreen

Full ingredients
Decyl oleate is a skin-conditioning ingredient. Capryllic capric triglyceride is an excellent skin-replenishing ingredient, which helps the skin resist moisture loss. It is made from coconut oil. Cetearyl alcohol is a white, waxy substance made from coconut oil. It is an emollient, which means it protects, softens and conditions skin. It doesn’t have the same effect on the skin as ‘regular’ alcohols. Ceteareth 20 keeps the other ingredients stable.
Ethylhexylglycerine and phenoxyethanol are preservatives that are used in very low concentrations in some Janesce skincare products. They were chosen because they score very favourably on the EWG (Environmental Working Group) Cosmetic Ingredient Safety Database.

Shipping and returns
Packed at the studio and sent within one to two business days. New Zealand delivery takes two to three working days, tracked, and is free over $150. Australia takes seven to ten working days.
Unopened, unused products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Email [email protected] first. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
