Details
Feed is a flavourless prebiotic and probiotic powder from The Gut Co, for anyone wanting to add fibre and probiotics to their daily routine. It is certified FODMAP Friendly.
It is built on Biotics-Max™, the brand's blend of partially hydrolysed guar gum (5g per serve) and acacia gum (2.5g per serve) with the probiotics Saccharomyces boulardii and Bacillus coagulans, at 10 billion CFU per serve. Each serve also gives 126% of the RDI of vegan vitamin D3, plus vitamin K2 (MK-7). Formulated by The Gut Co to support everyday gut health.
Facialist's note: mix 8g (2 tsp) into 250mL of water once or twice a day and stir well. It also works in tea, coffee or a smoothie.
