Performance Creative Specialist (Part-Time, 10–20 hours/week)

The Facialist is seeking a Performance Creative Specialist to craft high-performing, data-driven ad campaigns across Meta and other social platforms. You’ll also support our sister brand, Noody, with creative that’s equally impactful and on-brand.

This is a part-time role (10–20 hours/week) focused on building campaigns that blend luxury skincare with performance marketing—no fluff, just results.

What You’ll Do:
  • Create scroll-stopping ads for Meta and other platforms—videos, carousels, static images.
  • Use data and insights to refine messaging, visuals, and drive better performance.
  • Work across The Facialist and Noody, tailoring creative to each brand’s unique voice and customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure every asset feels intentional and aligned with brand integrity.
  • Stay ahead of digital creative trends—balancing relevance with timeless brand standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience creating performance-focused ads for e-commerce and DTC brands.
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into campaigns that convert.
  • A refined, minimalist design sensibility—every element should earn its place.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with marketing and growth teams.

Facialist – Part-time

We’re looking for a skincare-obsessed beauty therapist to join our team—a specialist in facial treatments who is passionate about helping clients achieve their best skin through tailored treatments, expert guidance, and personalised skincare plans.

About the Role:

Your role will be client-focused, helping our customers reach their skin goals through advanced facial treatments, targeted facial massage, and curated skincare recommendations.

This is a part time role, working one or two days a week. This role includes on day of weekend work each week. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform results-driven facials and massage.
  • Create customised skincare plans to target individual skin concerns.
  • Provide expert skincare advice, ensuring each client feels confident and cared for.
  • Contribute to our warm, professional, and client-first studio environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified beauty therapist with a focus on facials and skincare.
  • 2+ years of experience in a salon, spa, or clinic (preferred, but not essential).
  • Warm, friendly, and client-focused—you genuinely care about skin health.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Passion for natural, high-performance skincare.

Massage Therapist – Part-time

We’re looking for a highly skilled massage therapist to join our team - a specialist in relaxation and remedial focused massage treatments. 

About the Role:

Your role will be client-focused, helping our customers to relax and relieve tension. 

This is a part time role, working one or two days a week. This role includes on day of weekend work each week. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform customised relaxation massages. 
  • Provide expert wellness advice, ensuring each client feels confident and cared for.
  • Contribute to our warm, professional, and client-first studio environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified massage therapist with a focus on remedial and relaxation massage. 
  • 1+ years of experience in a spa or salon environment (preferred, but not essential).
  • Warm, friendly, and client-focused—you genuinely care about your customers. 
  • Strong customer service skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
