Massage 2-4 drops of The Facialist Glow Oil into the skin.

1. Starting at the neck, hold the Gua Sha tool at a 15-30 degree angle. Begin close to the jaw and gently stroke the tool downwards towards the collar bones. Repeat 5-10 times before moving on to the other side.
2. Place the tool at the centre of the chin. Glide it along the jawline towards the ears. Repeat 5-10 times before moving on to the other side.
3. Start at the corner of the mouth and move the tool along the cheekbone, outwards towards the ear. Repeat 5-10 times before moving on to the other side.
4. Using the pointed edge of the Gua Sha tool, start at the inner corner of the eye and glide outwards towards the temples. Repeat 5-10 times on each side.
5. Starting at the centre of the forehead, glide the tool outwards towards the temples. Repeat 5-10 times for each side.

Brow Area:
With the tool, apply pressure to the brow bone, moving from the center outwards towards the temples. Repeat as needed to relieve tension.
