Start slowly. Start by taking 1 tablet with a meal. Then increase to 2 tablets with a meal. Consider the size of the meal. 1 tablet may be enough for a small meal and a larger meal would require 2 tablets

You can take the tablets just before a meal, with the meal or at the earliest 30 mins prior to a meal.
