If we prescribe a product via our skin prescriptions or in-store experience and you have a reaction to a product, or find that product does not work on your skin. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase, and we will find you an alternative that you love.

Your order will be wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and delivered to you in either a compostable plant-based courier bag made from corn starch or a recyclable biodegradable box.
