Do I pay when I book?

We take full payment when you book online, by card or with a gift voucher. Please give 48 hours' notice to change or cancel.

What if I need to change or cancel?

Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to move or cancel. Changes within 24 hours are charged at the full cost of the session, though emergencies are always considered. You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

Can I use a gift card?

Yes. Enter your gift voucher number when you book online and it comes off the total, or bring it to your appointment.

I’m pregnant. Can I book?

Yes. Choose a pregnancy treatment, or let us know when you book so your facialist can adapt any facial.
